Detective Superintendent Gerry Campbell discussed the various policies, procedures and practices undertaken by the London Metropolitan Police Service which have led to a substantial reduction of domestic homicides, as a percentage of all homicides, in London as well as reducing serious assaults and grievous bodily harm.
